- Standard jewel case, opened, with the booklet present.
- No barcode anywhere on the packaging - not printed, not on a sticker. The corner it would occupy carries the BMG Direct manufacturing block instead. This is normal for a US record-club pressing and is the copy's clearest single feature.
D 101498appears three times - rear inlay, spine and disc face - all printed, none applied.- Capitol and EMI devices on the inlay, the spine and the disc; the booklet names Capitol Records, Inc., Hollywood, as manufacturer.

Condition, from the photographs
A photograph cannot grade a record - this is a description of what is visible, not a grade.
- Case/inlay: general handling wear with some edge and corner softening; no cracks or splits visible in these shots.
- Disc: light surface marks and handling sheen catch the light. No visible deep scratches or disc-face damage in these photographs.
Nothing on this page comes from playing the record. No Goldmine grade is claimed for it, or any other. I have no record of where this copy came from.
What is settled, and what is not
Settled, and unusually cheaply, because a club edition wears its identity on the outside. D 101498 is not a number that a retail pressing carries: it is BMG Direct's own, printed here on the inlay, the spine and the disc. One row in this master carries it, and that row records the same manufacturing credit this inlay prints and the same absence of a barcode.
The one thing not checked is the mirror ring. 3831437 records D101498 DISC MFG, INC. (H) W.O 29833-1M and names Disc Manufacturing, Inc., Huntsville as its glass-mastering plant. No frame here shows the hub, so that string is named from Discogs as what to look for and is not claimed as observed.
Reading it would add a plant and a work order rather than change the answer, since nothing else in this master carries D 101498 to be confused with.
Standing caveat: the version list is incomplete by construction, and US club pressings are catalogued unevenly.
