- Shell - clear plastic with white on-body print, no paper label.
- Inlay - a six-panel U-card carrying lyrics, credits and the band photograph, which is what 805636's note records for the retail issue.
- Condition - card creased at the folds with a brown stain across one panel edge; shell clean and fully legible.

What is settled, and what is not
Settled identically to folders 61 and 62, because it is the same issue. C4-90258 returns a US row, two Canadian rows and a promo. The manufacturing block on this card names Capitol Records, Inc. at Hollywood and Vine and ends Printed in U.S.A., which is the country stated on the object rather than inferred from anything, and the barcode matches 805636's recorded value.
Three copies of one release is worth noting rather than hiding: the shelf now holds folders 61, 62 and 80 against 805636, and the earlier two entries have been retitled from copy 1 of 2 / copy 2 of 2 to of 3.
Standing caveat: a US pressing absent from Discogs cannot be excluded.
