Pinned by the owner on 2026-09-18. The photographs on their own get no further than the narrowing above; the owner has this cassette in hand and has gone through the surviving candidate pages copy by copy, and identifies it as Discogs 446708. The grade rests on that reading rather than on anything a reader can check off the images in this file

  • Shell - clear plastic, moulded rather than printed, with the text raised in the plastic itself.
  • Inlay - multi-panel card with a separate folded inner sleeve carrying lyrics, the thank-you list and the fan club addresses.
  • Condition - card square and complete; the inner sleeve is creased along its folds. Shell clean.

What is settled, and what is not

Settled by the owner on 2026-09-18 -- the closing paragraph of this section says so, and the grade above follows it. What comes first is the photographic case exactly as it stood before that, present tense and all: where it says this copy stops at Narrowed, it means the photographs stop there, which is still true and is why the candidates are still listed.

Three rows fit, and this entry first said two. The correction is worth recording: Made in EEC by EMI was read as excluding 6358719, the row noted MADE IN HOLLAND. It excludes nothing. 21563755's own note puts both statements on one object - Printed in Holland on the inner sleeve, Made IN EEC by EMI on the cassette - so a Holland release with an EEC-moulded shell is the normal case, not a contradiction. The catalogue number 238 7 90258 4 does real work: it excludes 2943925, which is catalogued 264 7 90258 4.

Two checks would separate the three, and both are cheap. The © year on the back cover: 446708 and 6358719 record © 1986, 21563755 records no © year at all. A native-resolution crop of this copy's line reads the ℗ 1988 above it clearly and blurs on the © digits, so a sharper macro of that one block might settle it outright. And the vertical G# in backcover that 6358719 alone records - a specific mark to look for on a surface already in hand.

Standing caveat: this method cannot exclude a European pressing absent from Discogs.

Pinned by the owner, 2026-09-18. Everything above is what the photographs support on their own, and it is left standing unedited. On top of it the owner, holding the cassette and reading the candidate release pages against it, identifies this copy as Discogs 446708, and the folder is graded on that. It is an owner's judgement, not a new detail in the frames: withdraw it and the case reverts to the narrowing above.
