Settled. The manufacturing block names Capitol Records in Hollywood and ends Printed in U.S.A., and the catalogue number C4-90258 appears on four surfaces. Two rows carry that number: 805636, the US retail issue, and 8996936, a promo with no country recorded and no identifiers at all.
This copy has a barcode and the six-panel U-card, both of which 805636 records and neither of which 8996936 does - so the promo is excluded by what this object has rather than by what it lacks.
Folders 62 and 80 are the same release; the three are catalogued separately because they are three physical copies, and their dossiers record the same reading for the same reasons. Standing caveat: this method cannot exclude a US pressing absent from Discogs.
