Why this grade

Turkish EMI tape made by Kent Elektronik in Istanbul: TCP 2562 on the inlay spine and the shell, 7 99161 4 on the inlay flap. Two Turkish releases carry exactly that catalogue pair -- 7438153 and the repress 21252703 -- so the catalogue number alone doesn't split them. What does is the shell: this one is dark transparent smoke plastic with silver print, which is what Discogs' notes describe for 21252703 ('Dark transparent cassette shell with silver banderole'), while 7438153's notes say 'Light Green tape'. That discriminator rests on user-written Discogs notes rather than a printed code, so this stays Probable, not Confirmed. The owner's note 'TCP 2562' agrees with the spine and shell print but decides nothing between the two, since both carry it. The shell also reads 92 · 34 · Ü · 008, which looks like a 1992 production code; that sits awkwardly with Discogs' 'probably released in 1999' guess for the repress and is left unresolved. The version list is incomplete by construction, so an uncatalogued Turkish issue can't be excluded.
