Why this grade

Turkish Kent Elektronik tape, catalogue TCP 2562 on both spine and shell. Two entries in the version list carry TCP 2562: 7438153 (1992, Discogs notes 'Light Green tape') and 21252703 (a repress Discogs notes as a 'Dark transparent cassette shell with silver banderole', probably 1999). This shell is translucent light green and has no banderole, and the shell print dates it '92', so the shell colour separates the two -- the only discriminator here, and it comes from Discogs' free-text notes, not a structured field. The owner's note 'TCP 2562 7 99161 4' matches what the inlay prints and narrowed the list to these two Turkish entries. The version list is incomplete by construction, so an uncatalogued Turkish run in the same green shell can't be ruled out.
