CMV 1136 and PAL COLOUR are printed on the spine and the cassette label, and the owner's typed note (CMV 1136) says the same, so the note agrees with the photographs rather than deciding anything. Two UK releases in the version list carry that catalogue number, both CMV (2), PAL, 1989, and nothing in the list's own fields tells them apart, so nothing photographed picks one. The list is also incomplete by construction, so a third, uncatalogued issue cannot be ruled out.

  • Slip case - clear-edged VHS sleeve, standard Iron Maiden Maiden England front artwork, black rear with the track list and a white CMV logo panel at the lower right.
  • Cassette - black shell with a white paper label reading NOT FOR RENTAL; a scalloped sticker on the back edge is too faded to read.

What distinguishes this pressing

  • CMV 1136 is the catalogue number on the spine and the cassette label, and matches the two UK CMV (2) rows in the version list (13614495 and 3980903).
  • PAL COLOUR on the spine agrees with the PAL standard listed for both candidates and rules out the NTSC and SECAM rows.
  • The sleeve credits A Picture Music International Release and the label A CASTLE COMMUNICATIONS PLC RELEASE; the list's own CMV (2) label is consistent with that but is not a discriminator, because both candidates carry it.
