Why this grade
066 795142 1 is the only 066 prefix in the master's 274-row version list, and release 3745886 -- Brazil, EMI, LP Album, 1990 -- is the only Brazilian vinyl in it at all. Eighteen other LPs share the 795142 family (Spain 068-79 5142-1, Mexico 114 795142 1, UK EMD 1017, Portugal, Italy, Greece and the rest), and the three leading digits are what separate them, so the number was read twice at native resolution. Country does not rest on that match: both labels and the rear sleeve state MADE IN BRAZIL outright, and the Fonobrás manufacture block carries the Brazilian company registration 29.010.519/0001-32 -- a plant identifier no other candidate in this list can carry, since none of them is Brazilian. That is the discriminator. The run-out is etched on both sides and was photographed, but no cached Discogs release JSON exists for 3745886, so it corroborates the copy rather than being matched against a recorded string. The version list is incomplete by construction, so an uncatalogued Brazilian repress cut from the same metalwork cannot be excluded. The owner's note reads the rear sleeve as 066 795142 1 and the deadwax as 795142 1 01 C 1990 200 on side A and 795142 2 01 C 1990 200 on side B; the photographs carry all of those characters, and the side-B frames carry the 2 with a LADO II label in the same frame.

Every line below was read off a native-resolution crop of the photograph named beside it.

Run-out photographed, both sides. The side-B etching reads 795142 2 in frames that also show the LADO II label, and the further characters 01, (P) 1990 and 200 are cut in the same band. A side-A frame carries 795142 with the 01 fragment beside it. No frame of the run-out catches a LADO marker and the full string in one shot, so the side-A digit 1 is not separately legible in a photograph -- the owner's note supplies it, and nothing photographed contradicts it.

Black vinyl LP in a single (non-gatefold) sleeve, the sleeve worn at the corners with the top right corner split and lifting where the catalogue number is printed.
The rear sleeve carries ESPECIAL under the catalogue number -- a Brazilian marking, not something the UK or European sleeves print.
A printed inner sleeve is present: band photograph on one face, full lyrics and credits on the other, with the catalogue number repeated at its top right.
Both labels are the Derek Riggs artwork in full colour with red lettering, and both carry the Fonobrás manufacture block in Portuguese down the left side.
The run-out band is wide on both sides and the etching is hand-cut, shallow and legible under raking light.

The Fonobrás block with CGC 29.010.519/0001-32 -- a Brazilian company registration printed on both labels and the rear sleeve. It names the plant, and no other candidate in this list is Brazilian.
MADE IN BRAZIL. -- stated outright on both labels and the rear sleeve rather than inferred from a rights society.
Brazilian track codes (64.077.403) and up on the labels -- local registration numbers printed beside every title, which the UK and European labels of this album do not carry.
The run-out etching 795142 2 ... 01 ... (P) 1990 ... 200 -- corroborates the copy and ties both sides to one cutting. Discogs records no run-out for release 3745886 in anything fetched here, so it is not a string that was matched against the database.

Sleeve: general handling wear with some edge and corner softening; no splits or seam separation visible in these shots.
Vinyl: light surface marks and handling sheen catch the light. No visible deep scratches, warping or edge damage in these photographs. The labels are clean and unmarked.

What is settled, and what is not

Brazil, and the sleeve says so three times over. 066 795142 1 is printed on the rear sleeve, repeated on the lyric inner, and carried on both labels as 795142 1. Exactly one row in this master's 274-entry version list normalises to it: 3745886, Brazil, EMI, LP Album, 1990 -- and it is the only Brazilian vinyl in the list, so there is no second 066 copy to be confused with.

The country never rested on that match. Both labels and the rear sleeve print MADE IN BRAZIL. in plain type, and the Fonobrás manufacture block gives the plant and its Brazilian registration number 29.010.519/0001-32. That block is the discriminator: it separates this copy from all eighteen other 795142-family LPs in the list, none of which was made in Brazil.

The run-out backs it up without being the proof. Both sides are etched by hand -- 795142 with the side digit, then 01, (P) 1990 and 200 -- and the side-B frames catch the 2 with the LADO II label in shot. Nothing cached here records what Discogs has for 3745886's deadwax, so the etching corroborates the pressing rather than confirming it against a database string. The version list is incomplete by construction, so a later Brazilian repress cut from this same metalwork would look identical in every photograph taken here.
