Colombia, pressed by Discos CBS under EMI licence. Orange-and-cream EMI labels, FABRICADO EN COLOMBIA, and a run-out that reads COL 111072 - three ones, which is what separates it from the two same-catalogue Colombian pressings Discogs records with two.
What the record says
Every line below was read off a native-resolution crop of the photo named beside it, except where the source column says otherwise - those rows come from the record itself, by reading it or by playing it, and each says which.
Run-out photographed on both sides across six frames, and read off the record by eye as well. Side one is stamped COL 111072 A 30-12-86, side two COL 111072 B 30-12-86. COL 111072 is legible at native resolution on side one; the date is caught across the neighbouring frames and read off the record whole. 30-12-86 is a cutting date, 30 December 1986, which is three months after the album's European release - this is a local cut, not a stamper shipped from Hayes.

Condition, from the photographs
A photograph cannot grade a record - this is a description of what is visible, not a grade.
- Sleeve: general handling wear with some edge and corner softening; no splits or seam separation visible in these shots.
- Vinyl: light surface marks and handling sheen catch the light. No visible deep scratches, warping or edge damage in these photographs. The labels are clean and unmarked.
No Goldmine grade is claimed for it, or any other. I have no record of where this copy came from.
What is settled, and what is not
Confirmed. Colombia is stated on both the sleeve and the labels, and the catalogue number 111072 is printed on the rear and on both labels. Four Colombian entries carry that number, so the question is which:

The single digit is doing real work in the first three rows, which is why it was read at native resolution rather than off a survey frame: COL 111072 and COL 11072 look alike at any smaller size.
Standing caveat: this method cannot exclude a pressing absent from Discogs. The version list is incomplete by construction, so a single surviving candidate is a best match, not a proof of uniqueness.
What would close the last gap. The promo is ruled out on an absence - no stamp, no sticker - and an absence is only as good as the coverage. Both labels are shot square-on and clean, and the rear lamination is in several frames, so little is left here; a shot of the rear's lower right corner under raking light would finish it.
